Ryan Hall marathon training

Ryan Hall tells a Stanford blog about his marathon training.  Early in his marathon career, Hall would routinely hit 120 mile weeks.  Since leaving Mahon, he has dialed back the training to 100 miles a week in 6 days, focusing on hitting “two really good, quality workouts per week and then spending the rest of the time recovering.”
