Silas Kiplagat, a 3:29 1500 runner, offers up some indoor training details:

In one week, the only day I don’t train is Sunday. That’s the day I go to church. Monday to Saturday, twice in a day, I go training, and [a third time in] the afternoon is optional. I go in the morning and then mid-morning, and then in the evening, sometimes if I’m tired, I don’t go, but morning and mid-morning is a must for me. I go from six in the morning til eight, and then from 10 till 11:30.… Three days a week on the track, Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
