Dec 1: 12miles at 5:50 pace (roads)

Dec 2: recovery

Dec 3: 6 miles at 5:59-5:46-5:31-5:19-5:15-5:09 (roads)

Dec 4: recovery

Dec 5: 5 miles in 25:35 (track)

Dec 6: recovery

Dec 7: easy + 5x100m uphill

Total Miles = 75

 

Dec 8: 10 miles at 5:48 pace (roads)

Dec 9: recovery

Dec 10: 8×100 12.7-13.1

Dec 11: recovery

Dec 12: 4 miles in 20:22 (track)

Dec 13: recovery

Dec 14: easy + 5×100 uphill

Total Miles = 73
